Your work profile

- As an experienced Consultant – Power Procurement to support power purchase planning, procurement operations, energy accounting, contract management, scheduling, settlements, and regulatory compliance within a utility environment leveraging SAP IS-U and associated utility systems.
- Candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end power procurement processes, including long-term and short-term power purchase arrangements, energy scheduling, contract administration, power purchase cost management, and integration with SAP IS-U, SAP FI/CO, and energy management systems.
- Should possess a solid understanding of electricity markets, power procurement regulations, power purchase agreements (PPAs), scheduling and dispatch mechanisms, and utility commercial operations.

Key skills required

- 3–6 years of experience in Power Utilities, Energy Management, or Power Procurement.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in power procurement, power trading support, energy accounting, or utility commercial operations.
- Experience working with power distribution utilities, generation companies, or electricity boards.
- Exposure to SAP IS-U environments preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
