### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and site visits.

- Conduct customer presentations and assist in converting leads into customers.

- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and internal teams.

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

### Requirements





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management; real estate experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

- Any graduate; a qualification in Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage.
