Tolanguage is an online learning academy offering structured language and communication development programmes for children.

We are looking for experienced, confident and results-oriented Admissions Counsellors with solid communication, customer-handling and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and provide professional guidance on educational programmes.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert prospective enquiries into successful paid admissions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and effectively handle customer queries.
- Consistently achieve assigned admissions and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, telesales or educational sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing conversions.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries independently.
- Good follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.

Freshers are not eligible.
