Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Trainer to train students or hospitality staff in qualified service standards, communication, customer handling, and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have practical hospitality experience and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on hospitality operations and service standards.
- Train learners in guest handling, communication, grooming, and professional etiquette.
- Deliver practical and theoretical sessions related to front office, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and session plans.
- Demonstrate professional service techniques and workplace best practices.
- Evaluate learner performance through assessments and practical exercises.




- Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Stay updated on hospitality industry standards and trends.
- Coordinate with management to identify training needs.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in hospitality operations or training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of guest service, grooming, etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and engage learners.
- Previous experience as a hospitality trainer or faculty member is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
