Designation: Export Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Manaktabra, Panchkula, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily export dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
- Coordinate with the Export, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, palletization, and container loading as per export requirements.
- Verify export dispatch documents, including packing lists, invoices, shipping instructions, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for timely movement of export consignments.
- Ensure proper container inspection, loading supervision, and adherence to cargo safety standards.
- Maintain dispatch records, shipment tracking, and daily MIS reports.
- Monitor vehicle placement, container availability, and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure compliance with export packaging standards, customer specifications,



and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards in the dispatch area.
- Handle dispatch-related discrepancies, documentation errors, and shipment delays effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in export dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Practical knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.
- Experience in container loading, packing, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and dispatch reporting.
- Robust coordination, communication, and team management skills.
