- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor's instructions.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiration and SpO2.
- Administer medications, injections and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes and treatment charts accurately.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and immediately report any changes to the doctor.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Attend emergency cases and provide immediate nursing assistance.
- Maintain proper patient hygiene, comfort and safety.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
- Check and maintain nursing equipment and emergency medicines.
- Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication and follow-up care.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the nursing station.
- Ensure proper handover of patient details during shift changes.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
