Job Description – Performance MarketerRoles & Responsibilities

- Independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Ideate ad creatives in collaboration with the media and creative team.
- Analyse campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor ad budgets, CPL, and ROAS.
- Deliver measurable results aligned with business targets.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage ad accounts independently.
- Data-driven and result-oriented approach.

Experience :
2 to 3 years of performance marketing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
