- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the MICU.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
- Operate and monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency medications safely.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.
- Identify early signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, intake-output charts, medication records, and patient progress reports.
- Follow strict infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and patient safety standards.
- Provide appropriate care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and other critical care interventions.
- Coordinate with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
