Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models, and exploring various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. This position demands continuous innovation and collaboration to deliver scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions that meet organizational goals and client needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI components seamlessly into broader systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Robust knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI service integration.
- Ability to develop and deploy generative AI models within production environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures, neural networks, and natural language processing techniques.
- Competence in handling large datasets and performing data preprocessing for AI applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.
