Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2.5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical and niche hiring. The candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through all recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, notice period, current CTC, and expected CTC.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and pipeline reports.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support offer closure and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time expectations.

Required Skills

- 2.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant talent.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
