About the Role

We are looking for smart, energetic, confident, and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Jalshield, our Smart Water Pump Controller, directly to residential customers. The candidate will conduct door-to-door visits, explain the product's benefits, generate customer interest, and convert potential customers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned residential areas.
- Demonstrate and explain Jalshield's features and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify households facing water overflow, dry-run, and water pump management problems.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the installation and support team for successful product delivery.
- Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any educational qualification; no minimum degree requirement.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, smart, proactive,



and comfortable interacting with different types of customers.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve targets and earn performance incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA.
- Additional commission on every successful sale.
- Performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets.
