We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with expertise in residential high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Review MEP drawings, GFC drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO), cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and scope variations.
- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
- Handle quantity reconciliation, variation claims and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for accurate quantity estimation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.




- Experience in BOQ preparation and MEP estimation.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 8–15 Years, preferably in residential high-rise projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
