Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative Pre-Primary Teachers for a reputed school in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and the ability to create a joyful, engaging, and nurturing learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach and engage students of Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
- Plan and conduct fun, interactive, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, music, games, and creative activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Encourage discipline, creativity, confidence,



and positive behaviour among children.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably).
- NTT / PPT / ECCE qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
