Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commis Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing Continental dishes, maintaining food quality, and following kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare sauces, soups, pasta, salads, grilled items, and other Continental dishes.
- Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety standards and proper food storage procedures.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and available for daily kitchen operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen practices.




- Follow instructions from senior chefs and support the kitchen team during service.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience as a Commis Chef in Continental cuisine is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of Continental food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Basic knowledge of sauces, soups, pasta, salads, and grilled dishes.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
