Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warranty Executive to handle vehicle warranty claims, inspect vehicles, identify warranty-related issues, and ensure timely processing of warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle vehicle warranty issues and customer warranty complaints.
- Inspect vehicles to identify warranty-related defects and assess the condition of vehicle components.
- Verify warranty eligibility based on manufacturer guidelines and warranty terms.
- Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or authorized service team.
- Maintain accurate warranty records, claim details, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain warranty reports and data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, and approved warranty claims.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of warranty claims.




- Maintain warranty-related data, including claim status, vehicle details, and repair information.

Educational Qualification

- Any degree from a recognized university.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in warranty handling in the automobile industry.
- Experience in vehicle warranty claims, vehicle inspection, and warranty documentation is preferred.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of automobile warranty procedures and claim processing.
- Basic understanding of vehicle inspection and identification of warranty-related defects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data preparation.
- Ability to prepare warranty reports and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of warranty claim submission and documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
