We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to expand Dekarbon's offline distribution and retail presence across Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur and surrounding markets.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, presenting products, generating orders and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new nursery, garden centre, landscaping and gardening retail accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Develop relationships with nursery owners, purchase managers and retailers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, outstanding payments and repeat purchases.
- Reactivate dormant customers and develop cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status and sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfilment and customer support.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market opportunities.
- Share regular territory-wise sales and collection reports.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales.

Experience in FMCG, agricultural inputs, fertilisers, gardening, horticulture or building distribution is preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable travelling across the assigned territory.

Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.

Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
