Job Description: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Lokmat Bhavan, Lokmat Square, Nagpur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 09:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, desks, meeting rooms and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee and water to staff, clients and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing and basic documentation.
- Visit banks, courier offices, government departments and other locations for official work.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels and office supplies.
- Assist employees with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office stationery, pantry supplies and other materials.
- Support meeting arrangements and ensure the office remains organized.
- Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined and well-mannered.
- Presentable appearance and polite behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of office work preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Responsible and hardworking.
- Willing to perform indoor and outdoor office duties.
- Able to follow instructions and manage daily tasks independently.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Job Location: SME Care Private Limited, B Wing, 5th Floor, Lokmat Bhavan, Lokmat Square, Nagpur.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
