Should manage day-to-day operations on our construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Daily Site Management: Oversee on-site activities, coordinate crew schedules, and direct trades (such as electricians, masons, and carpenters).
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct daily safety talks, and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Quality Control: Inspect materials, monitor workmanship against blueprints, and identify or fix defects early.
- Material & Logistics: Track inventory, manage equipment (like forklifts or hoists), and coordinate deliveries to avoid delays or waste.
- Reporting & Communication: Act as the main link between in office workers and project managers or civil engineers by logging daily progress, attendance, and issues

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
