- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, manage table reservations, and explain menu specials or wine lists.
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, high-quality dish delivery.
- Conduct pre-shift team briefings and assign stations to junior waitstaff.
- Handle guest complaints, check table satisfaction mid-meal, and manage billing.
- Requirements & Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in food and service (often in fine dining or 5-star properties).
- Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and wine pairings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
