- Saturday to Monday 0700-1330, Tuesday/Wednesday +91-XXXXXXXXXX hrs

- Thursday/Friday 0700-1500, Saturday 1500-2130, Sunday 1500-2300 - 28.5 hrs

- Monday 0700-1500, Tuesday 0700-1330, Friday 0700-1500, Sunday 0700-1500 - 28.5 hrs

- Wednesday to Sunday 1600-2230 - 30 hrs

About the role

As a Care Partner, you'll provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, including:

- Personal care,



mobility support and daily living assistance
- Supporting meals, hydration and wellbeing
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team

About you

You will be compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.

Essential requirements

- Minimum 2 years' New Zealand aged care experience in hospital-level care
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia
- NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2-4) or equivalent
- Permanent New Zealand work rights
- Solid communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
