POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer to plan, design, and execute performance testing for complex, distributed applications. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who can work independently with minimal guidance, analyze results in depth, and trace performance issues down to their root cause. Our work is not routine — dealing with unfamiliar issues is often a daily occurrence. Strong problem- solving, troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently are therefore absolute must-haves for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and define performance test strategies, workload models, and test scenarios aligned with application requirements.
* Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JavaScript.
* Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex, unfamiliar performance issues independently and drive them to resolution.
* Automate test execution, data preparation, and reporting using Bash, Perl, or Python scripting.




* Execute and monitor tests in Linux-based environments, including containerized and cloud setups.
* Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
* Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP environments to set up, run, and monitor performance tests.
* Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to development, QA, and business stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Core Skills * 5–8 years of experience in performance testing.
* Strong experience in performance test planning.
* Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
* Working knowledge of Linux.
* Proficiency in JavaScript.
* Proficiency in at least one of Bash, Perl, or Python.
* Strong troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and results analysis skills. Working Experience In * Docker * Kubernetes * GCP * Jenkins Key Attributes * Strong candidate able to work independently with minimal guidance.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Comfortable dealing with unfamiliar issues on a regular basis.
* Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
