We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Coder with a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines, documentation standards, and healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate should be CPC Certified and capable of handling complex coding assignments with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
- Resolve coding-related queries and provide guidance on documentation requirements.
- Perform quality checks and audits on coding assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest medical coding regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure productivity and quality targets are consistently met.





Required Qualifications

- CPC Certification (Certified Professional Coder) is mandatory.
- B.Pharma or M.Pharma preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications and medical coding software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
