Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, planning campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and improving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and posting strategies.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries.
- Track social media performance using insights and analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, reach, and engagement.




- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an understanding of social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other designing tools.
- Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Social media reach and impressions.
- Follower growth.
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).
- Content quality and consistency.
- Lead generation through social media.
- Timely content posting and campaign execution.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in running Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Influencer marketing and collaboration experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
