Key Responsibilities
Institutional Outreach
- Build relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions.
- Meet institutional representatives and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate educational awareness programmes and promotional activities.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns.
- Represent Profiles at education fairs, exhibitions and events.
- Conduct promotional activities and student engagement programmes.
- Develop referral networks and local marketing opportunities.
Business Development
- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Generate student enquiries through outreach activities.
- Maintain relationships with existing institutional partners.
- Support admission campaigns and business development initiatives.
Market Research & Reporting
- Research local education markets and competitor activities.
- Identify new locations and institutions for expansion.
- Maintain activity records and submit regular reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confidence in interacting with people and institutions.
- Interest in marketing, public relations and business development.
- Willingness to travel for official work.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
