Job Description – Planning Lead

Position: Planning Lead
Industry: Pipe Manufacturing
Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Plan production based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability and machine capacity.
- Track plan vs. actual production and take corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor planning KPIs.
- Manage ERP/MRP planning and inventory requirements.

Qualification & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of PPC, MRP, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Good Excel and ERP/MRP skills.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pipe/manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
