Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR activities and operations.
- Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
- Manage talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding and induction process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills:





- Strong experience in HR Operations and Generalist activities.
- Good knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Experience in employee grievance handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
- Must be proficient in Tamil (mandatory)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
