1. Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with experience in high-rise residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, creating realistic 3D visualizations, and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality execution of interior works in high-rise apartments and common areas.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts for high-rise residential apartments, villas, and commercial spaces.
- Design apartment interiors, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and interior elevations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
- Create 3D models and realistic interior renders for client presentations.
- Design common areas such as lobbies, reception areas, corridors, clubhouses, and other shared facilities.
- Select suitable materials, colours, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, site engineers, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements before finalizing designs.
- Monitor interior execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination of electrical points,



lighting, plumbing, and ceiling layouts.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Incorporate client requirements and management feedback into design revisions.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

3. Required Software Skills

- SketchUp – Mandatory
- D5 Render – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Photoshop – Added advantage
- Other 3D visualization software – Added advantage

4. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

5. Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in interior design.
- Experience in high-rise residential building or large-scale apartment projects preferred.
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization work.

6. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of high-rise residential interior design.
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Expertise in SketchUp and D5 Render.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and interior execution.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture detailing.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project departments.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. Salary

As per industry standards and candidate's experience and skills.
