We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our wedding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective wedding clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our offerings, and converting enquiries into confirmed wedding bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Wedding Sales

- Handle incoming wedding enquiries through calls, social media, references, and other platforms.
- Generate recent wedding business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
- Understand clients' wedding requirements, event preferences, guest count, and budgets.
- Present the venue, facilities, packages, and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours and client meetings.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Client Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and booking process.
- Understand client expectations and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely communication and professional client handling.




- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Coordination & Sales Operations

- Coordinate with internal teams for availability, pricing, quotations, and event requirements.
- Maintain enquiry databases, client records, and follow-up schedules.
- Track sales performance, enquiry conversions, and booking status.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations and event teams.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work under pressure.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in wedding sales, hospitality, banquet sales, hotel sales, or event management.
- Understanding of wedding functions, venue requirements, and hospitality services.
- Experience in handling premium clientele will be an added advantage.
