Job Title: Export Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals

- Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, agents, and key customers

- Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and channel partners

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international customers

- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements

- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support for export accounts

- Export sales revenue and profitability

- Market expansion and new customer acquisition

- Distributor performance and retention

- Order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness

- Customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field

- 3-8 years of experience in export sales or international business development

- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export documentation

- Experience working with distributors, agents, and international customers

- Excellent Communication
