Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive – IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and support core HR operations. The role involves identifying top talent, managing hiring pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience, offering freshers an opportunity to build a strong HR foundation in an IT workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, screening, and interview management.
- Develop sourcing strategies, maintain talent pipelines, and engage passive candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and recruitment metrics.
- Oversee HR operations, attendance, employee records, and policy compliance.
- Support employee engagement, retention strategies, performance management, and training coordination.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employee management

Required Skills:

- Understanding of technical and non-technical hiring processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Understanding of employee retention, workplace culture, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, record management, and multitasking abilities.
