About the Role

Radhey Homes is developing an upcoming 12.5-acre plotted residential township in Raipur. We are looking for a practical, organised Civil Project Engineer who can work directly with the owner and coordinate planning, estimates, consultants and development execution.

This position suits someone who takes ownership, follows up independently and identifies problems early with workable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, structural engineers and infrastructure consultants.
- Review drawings for dimensions, levels, coordination issues and execution requirements.
- Prepare and check quantities, BOQs, estimates, contractor quotations and bills.
- Plan and supervise development works, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply and other site infrastructure.
- Track consultant deliverables, contractor progress, quality and costs.
- Maintain clear records of decisions, pending issues and work schedules.
- Support approval-related documentation and follow-up with appointed consultants.
- Give the owner concise progress updates and highlight decisions required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a developer,



residential layout, township or infrastructure contractor.
- Hands-on experience in site execution, estimation, quantity checking and contractor coordination.
- Ability to read civil drawings and use AutoCAD and MS Excel for routine project work.
- Transparent communication, sound practical judgment and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to work from Raipur and visit the project site regularly.

Candidates whose experience is mainly in building construction may also apply if they have personally handled external development works and can demonstrate the required skills.

Preferred Experience

- Plotted residential developments or township infrastructure.
- Preparing development budgets and comparing contractor quotations.
- Coordinating local development approvals and consultant submissions.

Independent expertise in every approval process is not mandatory, but the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively is essential.
