Job Responsibilities

- Supervise waiters and service staff during restaurant operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage table allocation, order taking and timely food service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service and guest handling.
- Responsible, presentable and customer-focused personality.
