Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Job Overview:

Skyshift Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our business consultancy services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain Startup India Registration, certification, business consultancy, and government funding-related services.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain daily call records, client information, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and client onboarding.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle client queries and objections.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred.

Age Preference: 19–24 years.
