About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can help grow the business by generating leads, acquiring new customers, building business relationships, and implementing marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in marketing and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Convert potential leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer databases.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns.




- Support social media marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic about business growth.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Candidates with prior sales, marketing, or business development experience will be preferred.
