Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, purchased components, and parts as per approved drawings, BOMs, and specifications.

- Perform hands-on inspection using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Multimeters, Micro Ohm Meters, Electrical Test Panels, and other measuring instruments.

- Inspect electrical components, sheet metal parts, die-casting components, glass, and packaging materials.

- Maintain IQC inspection reports, Excel records, and material inspection history.

- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and prepare rejection reports / Non-Conformance (NC) Reports.

- Communicate supplier quality issues to the Quality In-charge and Purchase Department.

- Ensure material traceability and compliance with approved quality requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of IQC procedures, inspection methods, AQL, and quality standards.





- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret dimensional tolerances.

- Practical knowledge of measuring instruments and electrical testing procedures.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.

- Strong observation, attention to detail, and defect identification skills.

- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

- Understanding of supplier quality issues, material traceability, and rejection handling.

- Strong learning ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn current inspection methods and technical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
