Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to promote our hospitality, resort, travel and accommodation services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, increasing bookings and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sector.
- Generate leads for resort bookings, accommodation, holiday packages and corporate travel.
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and travel partners.
- Promote resort properties, travel packages and accommodation services.
- Conduct client meetings, sales visits and presentations.
- Negotiate corporate rates, group booking packages and business agreements.
- Coordinate with reservation and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports and follow-up records.




- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing, Tourism or Hospitality preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Resort Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel bookings, travel agencies and corporate sales.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and sales visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM reporting.

Preferred Industry Experience

Hotel & Resort Sales, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Holiday Packages, Corporate Travel, Tourism and Accommodation Services.
