E-commerce & Marketing Team Leader

Experience Required: 5+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing with proven leadership experience
Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of e-commerce professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Manage product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms
- Oversee digital content creation including images, videos, and copywriting
- Drive SEO initiatives and online marketing campaigns
- Monitor KPIs, track sales performance, and prepare detailed reports
- Manage budgets and optimize resources for maximum ROI
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and platform best practices
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends and innovations
