TELUS Digital is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Support Executive positions at its Noida Sector 135 location.

We are looking for motivated candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Voice Process:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain qualified communication and call-handling etiquette.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Non-Voice Process:

- Handle customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests.




- Maintain proper documentation and update customer information.
- Resolve customer issues through written communication.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per process requirements).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working from the office.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of BPO / Customer Support experience will be preferred for relevant openings.
