Order Management, Recurring Order, Customer Interaction, Recurring Order Presentation, Customer Recurring Order Strategy will be the key functionality of person.

Job Responsibilities:

- Presenting recurring order strategy to existing customer.
- Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with existing customer for recurring orders.
- Helping existing customer to plan the recurring order quantity, frequency and time.




- Solving customer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.
- Manage and handle the existing customers recurring order flow.
- Work with corporate sales team for bulk and corporate order.
- Working with operation and product team for recurring order fulfillment.

Other Competencies:

- Ability to handle pressure and can work independently.
- Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills.
- Collaborative and flexible working style.
- Hands on experience with MS – Excel.
- Should be good listener, have convincing and negotiation skill.
