Job Summary LS Control Systems is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Panel Wiring Technician to join its factory production team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical panel wiring, component installation, panel assembly, cable termination, and quality inspection in accordance with electrical drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical control panel wiring and the ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. 2. Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels, electrical panels, and control cabinets. - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings. - Install and wire electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, push buttons, selector switches, and indicators. - Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, ferruling, routing, and termination. - Carry out panel mounting, component fitting, and internal wiring as per approved drawings. - Identify wires and cables using ferrules, labels, and numbering systems. - Ensure proper cable dressing, routing, and neatness inside electrical panels.



- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing using appropriate instruments. - Verify wiring connections against electrical drawings and rectify wiring errors. - Assist with panel inspection, troubleshooting, and quality checks before dispatch. - Follow electrical safety procedures, quality standards, and production instructions. - Coordinate with production engineers, supervisors, and quality personnel to complete work within specified timelines. - Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized workstation. 3. Required Qualifications - ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring or electrical panel assembly. - Practical knowledge of electrical components and control panel wiring. - Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and schematics. - Knowledge of cable termination, ferruling, crimping, and wire routing. - Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures and testing methods. 4. Required Skills - Electrical control panel wiring and assembly. - Electrical schematic and wiring diagram interpretation. - Cable preparation, ferruling, crimping, and termination.



- Electrical component mounting and identification. - Continuity testing and basic troubleshooting. - Attention to detail and quality consciousness. - Teamwork, discipline, and time management. 5. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred: - Industrial electrical control panels. - Control cabinets and automation panels. - Motor control circuits and starter panels. - PLC panels and basic industrial automation wiring. - Panel inspection, testing, and troubleshooting. 6. Key Performance Expectations - Accurate wiring in accordance with approved electrical drawings. - Compliance with quality and electrical safety requirements. - Neat and organized panel wiring and cable dressing. - Timely completion of assigned production work. - Minimum wiring errors and effective correction of identified defects. 7. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically competent, detail-oriented, and responsible technician with practical experience in electrical panel wiring. The candidate should be able to work independently on assigned tasks while coordinating effectively with the production team. 8.
