· Compile the monthly compliance and audit document set, including records for every site, and support internal or external audits by providing accurate source documents and reconciliation details.

· Coordinate GST payment support and electronic invoice (e-invoice) documentation with finance or the appointed tax advisor, using approved invoice data and retaining acknowledgements and payment evidence.

· Track applicable filing and payment dates and escalate missing information, potential delays, or discrepancies promptly. Follow current requirements, company procedures, and authorized approval controls.

Coordination and reporting

· Maintain a monthly tracker for attendance closure, payroll, payslips, invoices, statutory items, audit requests, and site-wise document receipt.

· Coordinate with employees, site supervisors, operations, finance, and management to obtain approvals and resolve data gaps.
