We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to manage and supervise residential home construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction work, labour management, material management, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate masons, labourers, contractors, and other workers.
- Execute construction work according to approved drawings and plans.
- Supervise foundation, column, beam, slab, brickwork, plastering, and finishing work.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Maintain records of construction materials such as cement, sand, aggregate, and steel.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate timely availability.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of work.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Ensure work is completed within the given timeline and budget.
- Maintain safety and discipline at the construction site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
