Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily supermarket operations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and manage store employees.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical stock verification.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and monitor product expiry dates.
- Minimize product wastage, damage, and stock losses.
- Monitor POS billing and cash handling.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product displays.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of organic food products.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Implement promotional activities to increase sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and wastage reports.




- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
- Ensure timely store opening and closing.
- Take responsibility for overall store performance and profitability.

- Qualification: Any Degree preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years in supermarket, FMCG, or retail management.
Required Skills: Leadership, sales management, inventory control, customer service, and team handling.

- Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
