About the Role

We are hiring Field Sales Officers for a growing fintech/NBFC focused on Loan Against Property (LAP). This is a field-intensive, target-driven role based across our branch network in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive LAP sales and customer acquisition through field sales.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Build and manage customer and channel relationships.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an NBFC or Small Finance Bank.
- Minimum 9 months' tenure with the current/last organisation.




- Experience in LAP, Housing Finance, Affordable Housing, Mortgage, or Business Loans.
- Strong field sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with lower tenure should have demonstrated incentive earnings in the last 3 months.
