Nethra Foundation Eye Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with patients, handle enquiries, and support appointment bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls and attend incoming calls.
- Contact patients regarding appointments and follow-ups.
- Explain hospital services and provide relevant information.
- Handle patient enquiries professionally.
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested patients.
- Support appointment scheduling and patient communication.
Requirements:
- Valuable Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly and confident telephone communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
