Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations, cab arrangements, staff rosters, and a team of administrative executives. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cab allocations, and transportation schedules.
- Handle cab driver hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare, maintain, and update staff and cab rosters.
- Supervise and coordinate the team of administrative executives.
- Handle and resolve cab-related issues, delays, and employee transportation concerns.
- Address administrative queries and escalate unresolved issues when required.




- Monitor the team's daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with employees, drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations and effective service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, transport coordination, or facilities management.
- Previous experience handling a team of administrative staff.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
