Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage internal recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for various internal positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities with the HR team.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
