We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Supervisor / Property Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Jain Manas Bhavan.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel or hospitality management and be capable of independently supervising staff, managing guest services, maintaining the property, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all day-to-day activities of Jain Manas Bhavan.
- Guest Management: Handle guest enquiries, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and complaints professionally.
- Staff Supervision: Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
- Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Ensure rooms, washrooms, common areas, and premises are clean and properly maintained.
- Booking Management: Maintain accurate records of room bookings, availability, cancellations, and guest details.
- Property Maintenance: Monitor electrical, plumbing, furniture, and other maintenance requirements.
- Event Coordination: Supervise arrangements for functions, meetings, and events held at the property.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for daily requirements.
- Billing & Payments: Supervise guest billing, payment collection, expenses, and daily cash records.




- Inventory Management: Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, consumables, and other property inventory.
- Safety & Security: Ensure guest safety, property security, and compliance with applicable safety procedures.
- Management Reporting: Submit regular reports on bookings, occupancy, expenses, maintenance, and staff performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality operations, or property supervision.
- Experience in independently managing hotel or guest-house operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, staff management, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, billing, and booking records.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational issues independently.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and well-organized.
