Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare medical billing and accounts receivable management. The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, identifying claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims through calls.
- Review denied, rejected, and pending claims to identify the reasons for non-payment.
- Contact insurance providers to obtain claim status and payment updates.
- Resolve claim-related issues and coordinate with internal billing teams.
- Identify underpaid claims and take appropriate action to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing procedures and company policies.
- Escalate complex claim issues to the appropriate team for resolution.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as an AR Caller in healthcare medical billing.
- Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, denials, and payment posting.
- Positive communication and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze claim issues and follow up effectively with insurance companies.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US healthcare insurance providers.
- Familiarity with billing software and claim management systems.
- Knowledge of medical billing terminology and HIPAA guidelines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
