About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Counselling Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, final-year students, and professionals from non-sales backgrounds who want to build a career in counselling and customer engagement.

You will work with warm leads, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and guide prospective customers through our courses. This is not a cold-calling role, but it requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and consistent follow-ups.

Please note: Candidates with prior professional sales experience are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through company-provided leads and digital sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Follow a consultative approach to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain engagement and convert interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.




- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career change can apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using digital tools.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be able to commute daily to Nalanda Parisar, Indore.

Important: This position is specifically designed for fresh talent. Candidates with prior professional sales experience are not eligible.

Salary and Benefits

- Training Period: 90 days (on-site).
- Training Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
- Post-Training Salary: ₹30,000 per month (gross), upon successful completion of training.
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000.
